The apartment which can be accessed via a lift has two double bedrooms both with ensuite bathrooms fitted with high spec showers and underfloor heating. The open plan lounge diner has been fitted with brand new furniture throughout, high spec kitchen including fridge freezer, washing machine and microwave. All kitchen utensils and crockery are provided including ground coffee and tea.
